To honor our parents, we named our company LH Interiors, derived from the initials of our mother and father. We registered on the online platform Homez, initially handling small repair and interior service works. Our big break came in 2015 when we secured an 18 lakh project for a 3BHK flat. Our dedication to quality and client satisfaction laid the foundation for our reputation.
In 2019, despite financial constraints, we managed to secure a small office space in Kondapur. However, the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 posed significant challenges. Despite these setbacks, we continued to communicate with clients and delivered pending projects with utmost quality, earning positive referrals.
As the business grew, we expanded our team and moved to a larger office in Kondapur, Rajarajeswari Nagar. Unfortunately, during the second wave of COVID-19, we lost our father, Mr. Lal. Nevertheless, we continued to work hard, enhancing our online presence, improving internal processes, and ensuring quality delivery.
Despite facing setbacks due to unreliable employees, we learned from our experiences and focused on hiring a quality team and delivering high-quality work. Our commitment to excellence led us to expand our services into construction, leveraging our experience and connections in the industry.
